to my very special twinz: i love u both even though you are extremely premature.

you both are very special to me and i hope you survive. if you dont i want you to know you will always be in my heart. i love you both baby boyz and i always will no matter what happens. i need you both to be very strong and try to hang in there as long as you can. i love you baby boyz with all my heart and i always will.

RIP Adrain and Adam. you were strong for 2 weeks but then i guess it just got to hard for you. i hope you two are happy in heaven and i hope to see you again one day but until then Rest in Peace my sweet angels.
